the only thing that made the experience here worthwhile was the poblano soup, which was delicious. the rest of our dishes (short rib, guacamole, and risotto) did not hit the spot. it was disappointing that most of the dishes fell short, especially considering the fact that this was one of the most expensive restaurants we are at during our time in guanajuato. the waiters were incredibly attentive but the short rib wa... ¡Delicioso! Totalmente recomendable. La comida es exquisita, las porciones son generosas, los precios son excelentes y el servicio es muy bueno. Sin duda, es el mejor restaurante de Guanajuato y de muchas otras ciudades. Aunque no logramos conseguir una mesa para Año Nuevo, pudimos ir a comer y pasamos un rato genial. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Continuaremos regresando.
Celebramos nuestra boda civil allí, y no podríamos estar más felices. Nos atendieron con amabilidad en todo momento, la comida dejó satisfechos a todos y el lugar fue muy cómodo y visualmente atractivo. No podríamos haber elegido un mejor sitio. ¡Muchas gracias!
¡Una revelación! Caminar unas cuantas calles realmente vale la pena. No le encontré ningún pero: la ambientación, la presentación de los alimentos, la combinación y textura de los sabores, los tiempos de servicio, la relación calidad-precio... ¡de lo mejor!
Excelente servicio y aún mejor el sabor !!!! Las vinagretas de entrada y los filetes, recomendados !!!!
