A bright pleasant restaurant, part of the hotel, is close to underground parking and the tunnel road network. We arrived late at night, but due to a private party we could not go to the basement piano bar so stayed on the main floor. A good menu and fair prices. Prompt service but when the items arrived they were short on what was ordered. Additionally one item was supposed to be mild but was very spicy. The other it... View all feedback.

Lovely breakfasts made to order, delicious coffee, great soups including a fine tortilla soup. All in lovely colonial setting with wine cellar and piano. Nice menu and good selections. Terrific, professional service. Loved it !
The Hotel is situated, just behind the main square and Theater. The location is ideal. Arriving late on Friday, parked my car. Note, their is no parking available in the city, so this is a real benefit. The hotel staff and service is excellent. Speaking in English, and friendly. The hotel is beautifully adorned. Check in was easy. The stairs to the second floor were not a problem. Note, don't expect an elevator. The room was quite large, and really a good surprise. Bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location of the main square is a real plus. Now the negative news. The noise level in the city, will for sure be an issue with a restful night sleep. It's not the hotels fault. This is a young, and much Alive at night city. The party's, mariachi bands, and people enjoying the night can be heard, for me both nights until 4:30 am. This should be expected, and consider it part of the culture and vibe. If you want a more quite, relaxed time, suggest San Migel. The hotel is the best location, and service to enjoy this wonderful city. You can't go wrong. Come to the city with a mindset to enjoy and relax, and give up the sleeping for a few days.
Exceptionally friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.
