Modern but traditional, fantastic wines and eat

Nice place with a menu including both traditional dishes such as cappelletti in broth, and revisited such as tortelli cacio e pepe. I found the rosa di Parma fillet excellent but also the other main courses are no different. Delicious and special desserts, the sbrisolona semifreddo that I tried was covered with a freshly made eggnog. From applause! The only small flaw is the somewhat high sound level. I believe it is due to the very reflective structure of the room. However, nothing particularly annoying.
