Pizzeria Piamonte - Gualeguaychú

Designed by reviewers Descriptions of good salads and ok pizza we made a ghasty mistake to visit this place. Must say charming waitress and that's it. Salad selection was never so bad and even our choice prescribing the result could not deliver a vinegar dressing. Pizza is salty, thick dough and bread as though amazing had a crisp base. It took an hour for everyone. No Italian experience at all and no Argentinian choice to be repeated.

This place was completely dead when we arrived at 8.30 a.m. on a weekday in low season, but later some customers got. The service was very friendly and efficient; they did not have the necessary ingredients for the salad I ordered, but basically allowed me, my own, from all the ingredients they have! The salad was great, but the pizza wasn't amazing. Like many Argentine pizzerias, the base was really thick and wide (two times as thick as you would expect!) and there were very little tomatoes on it. We asked for not much cheese, which worked well, we find pizzas a bit overkilled with the cheese! The wine we ordered was not great either. They only make pizzas and salads, not pastas. It's okay, but nothing special.

I was there just once... it's pretty... near the river... the lasagna is excellent... tasteful, big and tasty...

2 short blocks from our hotel (Aguay). Service is good and the pizza quality is very nice. Nice family atmosphere. Saturday night was full.

Estuvimos con mi marido. Pedimos calzon de tamaño medio dudando si nos alcanzaría, no pudimos terminarlo! Incluso se podía elegir por mitad de cada gusto. Riquisimo! Excelente relación precio calidad cantidad. La atención maravillosa
