We chose mixed salad and ent... read more We visited bar Florida on the early evening on 24th September which had been recommended by the receptionist at Marie Carmen hotel. We chose mixed salad and entrecot de buey. The salad was exceptional and the beef was fantastic, served on a sizzling plate. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the young waitress from India. We left about 7pm and visited the caves nearby. On return to our hotel we came across some compatriots from Yorkshire who wanted somewhere to go for a drink so we took them to bar Florida where we had a few beers which each came with a large plate of tapas. I would recommend anyone passing through to visit this bar.

The waiter was the best we could get, he advised us on the wine and extras we were interested in. All staff immaculately dressed. From first entering the restaurant to leaving we were treated really well and look forward to returning soon.

None of the waitors spoke English and there’re only a spanish menus. Another guest was kind Enough to help us translate. The only things they could offer as vegan was the grilled vegetable plate and potatoes. . Every restaurant in The World can offer their sides to vegan. Wouldn’t recommend even If the rest of the table did enjoy their meat dishes.

I think al... read more Excellent food at a very reasonable price. 10 euros for three courses, bread, and your choice of drink. Not sure I would call it vegetarian friendly. I think all main curses were meat or fish, but the food was well cooked and fresh. Be aware if you choose the mushroom and asparagus appetiser it may also be the accompanying veg with your main course. All the staff were friendly and I had fun practising my Spanish! Also be aware the menu del día does not start until 1:30.

We starte... read more We stopped in this clean restaurant during our visit in Spain to have our lunch. Menu del dia was plenty to choose and the portions were good in size. We started with the partridge salad and shrimp salad. Both were tasty. The main course was veal with the vegetables and potatoes-its was tasty too. It was nice to finish the lunch with the tasty cheese cake. The cost was only 10 Eur/person. The majority of the customers were locals.
