Nardos is the Best Mexican Restaurant in Guadalupe. The Food here is Authentic and Fresh. You walk into the restaurant only to see the cooks making tortillas by hand. Everything in the menu is Amazing!!I’ve been coming here for 25+ years . Donya Lupe knew my Grandma real well and when we would visit . Lupe always referred to me as . Travieso !! But In a good way. What Shawn James doesn't like about Nardo's:
Slow service even though we were the only ones there. Food came a plate at a time. Some at table were done eating before others got their food. Food was not very good View all feedback.
Driving back from Avila, we drove Highway 1, and we pass thru the town of Guadalupe, we stop close to a Market, and asked a resident couple were was the best place to eat? They recommended Nardo's for their great Menudo. This family restaurant is a gem in Guadalupe: friendly service, home cooking taste, the portions were just right. I had Chilaquiles with Steak and 2 eggs, my wife had Menudo and delicious home made tortillas. If you happen to drive thru Guadalupe, stop by this Restaurant, you will have an awesome meal.
I would recommend that you pay attention because I had a bad experience, the rice was spoiled, maybe they don't make it the same day
Good place to have breakfast with the family, the bad thing is that they don't sell cold ones for hangovers, but everything is fine ?
The chicken burrito (wet) was very good. The primary salsa served with chips was just okay. However, the two salsas served with the burrito were very tasty. One fire and one moderately hot. I recommend this place.
100% recommended, I ate several dishes and they were all exquisite, very good Mexican food. Go try it and draw your own conclusions.
