We found this place on several food blogs for Guadalajara. We love authentic Mexican spots and street food but we did want to try an “elevated Mexican food” spot. The dishes are very unique but I would say are designed for more adventurous palate. If you’re open to trying different types of meat (duck, rabbit, etc) i would recommend. great food! it has the feeling of a French Mexican fusion for me. as good as everything was, the highlight for me was the desserts. I hope this doesn't take away from the other vitals that were great. but the various aromes in the desserts were remarkable! View all feedback.
