Silvestre is an excellent restaurant located at Hilton Midtown Place at Guadalajara, Jalisco. Food is excellent, service also is excellent and the environment is perfect for friends meetings.. There is a huge variety of dishes and its presentation is very nice. Service is excellent.. I do recommend it..

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Silvestre Steak House. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Nunez, our waiter, truly stood out with his top-notch service and expertise. His recommendations, especially when it came to choosing the best cut of meat, were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavors were phenomenal. A must-visit spot for any meat lover. Highly recommended!
