La Parla - Guadalajara

We stopped by La Parla as we were looking for a place to eat on a late Friday. We had our puppy with us and they had a nice open patio that we were warmly welcomed to. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. We shared the salmon carpaccio which was superb! Then we went with the burger, and it was one of the best burgers we have ever tasted. The meat just melts in your mouth. We came back for dinner here again before we left and had a steak. Just as great! Can't wait to go back!

A newish bar/restaurant that is trying really hard. Fantastic food, they.get the fries right, roasted.provolone with salad was delicious. I did not.choose the roasted.bone.marrow as I thought.ok this is.just a bar, may.not be the.kind if thing.to have here. Judging.by everything.else I had I will definitely.be getting.it.next.time. Faultless service, really clean.bathrooms. They just.need to get some paper towels sorted in the bathroom instead.of tissues and turn.down the music a bit but apart from.that a great.find. Definitely 5 stars.

This restaurant has good taste dishes, but poor variety. Drinks are good. It' a little noisy, because it's an open place and its at the corner Music is nice and the service is good
