Chat Lunatique Bistro Bar - Guadalajara

I was venerated with the remake of classical September Chile en Nogada to celebrate Mexico's Independence Day. Huge Chilean Poblano-Pfeffer with all fixations and a colonial swirl with its Huarache bed. Split's live rock N-roll band was great and played both English and Spanish classics. The ambience and lighting at Chat Lunatique are very original and you feel like in an indie movie or in a corner of a Paris port. Love the white piano!

I read very good reviews about this place and a friend of mine told me that it was a great place with good food, beautiful ambience and really fair prices. I went with all my cousins to spend a family time, and it was little less...thanks. Dinner: The salad on the side salad was (at least) a week old. A cousin ordered a tuna and meat dish that had no tuna at all (and it cost as it had). They accidentally brought us an additional leg and we were accused of it. The ambience: The music style was beautiful, but the surround system was not so much as the music volume fluctuated. Service: Nothing to complain. All waiters were very nice and took every complaint as it was: to improve a proposal. Besides, basically everything on the kitchen wasn't her. Bottom line: does not come back.

I chose this place to go to my girlfriend (girlfriend at that time). I found it online and got two cups of wine on the house. The music is beautiful and the food is good. I went early for the hours that the restaurant is open, so we were the only ones there and the mood was somehow romantic, but apparently it is also a bar, this mood could change as the night goes on.

Esta semana una amiga me invitó a cenar a este restauran, ubicado en la zona de Chapultepec en plaza las ramblas, alejado del bullicio de los bares de la zona. Me gusto el ambiente a media luz, la decoración alusiva al GATO que es lo que significa Chat en fránces. Me sorprendió que el chef saliera a explicarnos los ingredientes de los platillos, lo novedoso es que una hamburguesa por ejemplo, le daban su propio toque con otros ingredientes, salsas o condimentos. La comida es internacional hay desde sopa de cebolla, tostadas costeñas, salmón etc El sabor de los alimentos es digno de mencionarse: Muy rico y la presentación es muy artística. Cosa rara en un restaurant pero los meseros fueron serviciales y amables. Lo recomiendo para cena con amigos, por el ambiente de bar, los jueves hay jazz. La bebidas hay cocteles, vino tinto, blanco, cerveza.

Tragos con amigos, cena y música! Un ligar súper chic, riquísimo y super agradable. Las bebidas preparadas especialmente por Oliver ESPECTACULARES!
