Great hotel, friendly staff with helpful service from all staff. This is one of the best Marriott's among many we have stayed at. Two persons need special mention for this: Chef Anthony and Miguel in the executive lounge. Anthony went above and beyond to get me outstanding vegetarian dishes (which I needed) at a 5 star creativity level I might say. Miguel was always cheerful and happy to share ideas of what we should see in Costa Rica. These two are undoubtedly great cultural ambassadors for Costa Rica and wonderful assets for Marriott/Sheraton. Hope they are appropriately recognized.

Fantastic. Great food, good service, huge rooms with everything you need in them. And did I mention the view? Spectacular!!

Amazing experience staying here. The room is big, clean and modern. But to be honest, the best is the super friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed all the time, they are always trying to help and give you the best experience. Thank you Alexandre.

After a long trip we ordered some room service, We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and specified a few times no chicken and no veggies. The girl on the phone confirmed with us a few times. When the food showed up it had everything inside. We called them to inform what happened and she confirmed that it’s being deducted from our bill. The next morning at checkout we tried confirming and the front desk had no idea , no note was made she even called two managers and they told us that it’s impossible to refund us. Note, this is not about the it’s about saying your going to do something and when it comes down to actually doing it it’s as if they never said anything . Dishonest. Besides for the fact that it’s super overpriced. The fish we ordered had a freezer taste and definitely not worth 30 USD!! Non of the breakfast food was fresh. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

The rooms were very clean. They were willing to clean our room as much as we needed it. I appreciate that since I have severe asthma. The Bonvoy lounge was wonderful. Food great service great. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
