This place is horrible. No organization at all. I ordered a pizza and it was being delivered on time. The guy gets here and says oops.. wrong order for your house another driver has yours. WTH… then how did he know my address. Needless to say I waited 15 minutes and then called the store. My pizza was sitting on a shelf and would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. My delivery take 2:30 hours to get to my place ! Wheelchair accessibility: Why if they don’t do it delivery to this address., why the take my orden ? they charge tips?
I order regularly from Papa Johns and understand sometimes mistakes happen. I called to let the store manager know that our pizza pick up order wasn’t right/cooked properly. He acted like he didn’t want to improve his stores quality and wasn’t accommodating in any way. I didn’t even ask for a refund or any discount. Rude customer service from management and staff.
DON 'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They don 't care about their customers. My entire pizza was missing from order and I was talked down to and promised a refund by 2 managers . I never saw a dime. Disgraceful.
