What Seth Kirk doesn't like about Fazoli's In Lex:
Went to the Palomar location in Lexington ky at about 840 on 6/23. We walked in no one was at counter. There were several employees talking very loudly through the window to the kitchen. After 4-5 long minutes we left. Got a pizza from papa John's instead We had questions and didn't want to use kiosk. If that was the only option there were no signs. View all feedback.
I love a quick and delicious meal and this was it. The staff are sweet and helpful and the food was super yummy!
Carol took my order, she was so nice made sure me and my grandma had everything that we need! Great service

I would've given 5 stars, but the breadsticks were so hard that they could be used as a weapon and the nonexistent chesse on the pepperoni pizza!
Absolutely awesome... service was fantastic. Food was great and it was clean even in the restroom. Hats off to the employees great job!!
