Mcdonald's In Cov - gton

No good. Sat in line at one of the drive thru menus and watched three people go through the one next to me before someone took my order. Super weird and inefficient.

I used to like this location. Not the case anymore. No matter what you order they will tell you to park and wait and it’s always more than 10 minutes.

I pulled up at 12:49 before they closed at 1am. A young lady asked for my order, then all the lights shut off and after saying hello twice she informed me they were closed. Poor customer service.

8/16/24 5:15pm. Came in waited couple of minutes for someone to come to counter. People saw us waiting and did nothing. So we used a kiosk. It had an issue not taking the gift card we had. We picked pay at the counter and hit the button no one came. A lady and her mother had come in a few mins after us and told them no one was watching or coming to registers. She spoke out to get their attention. Finally, someone came over and helped. Got payment taken care of. Then they forgot our order. They finally got to us much later. The nuggets and double quarter pounder were okay. The fries were terrible and soggy for the most part, I had to take one back cause just really bad.

It was approx 645 pm. I was in a hurry and saw there was no cars in the drive thru. I placed my order and when I got to the pick up window, I recieved my drink and was told to go wait in space #2. I had to wait 10 more minutes for my food and the fries were barely warm. The kid delivering the food walked a slow as a turtle. Y'all need to do better.
