Casey's In Burl - gton

I love this Casey's location. It's a good location with big parking area and a big store. They have fast Pizza service and lots of convenience items. Never seems to be busy when I'm there which is probably off hours compared to when they normally are busy. But it works for me. Friendly staff even when they're short they put out a nice effort to be friendly. The store is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean. The parking lot is always clean. Best Casey's location in Burlington I think. Soda drinks are always fresh and crisp tasting. They seem to get the mix right

5 employees behind the counter just talking away about thier personal lives. It's 1 pm and the deli cooler is empty there is no pizza and the 1 girl who actually was working is rude

I love right across the river, downtown Casey’s is the most convenient for me on most of my days. Except the fact they don’t have anything. Ever. Nothing is in stock, there’s maybe a piece of pizza on the round thing, and it looks like it’s been there for a long while. They never have creamer, and when anyone (I’ve seen them act this way with other as well as me) asks if they can do their job they get rude and disrespectful. Like I’m sorry I wanna sit and do nothing in ur phone while someone pays you. I’m not sure which employees r the worst. They do have a couple great younger ppl, which says a lot, the older generation does nothing while 18-20 year olds are nice and respectful and they do their jobs, I thought this was a lead by example. I’m just tired of coming down here, wasting me gas to get coffee that they don’t have, just to have to go across town to get it. Casey’s coffee is the only coffee I drink, but that’s about to change with this place. I mean 7 days a week I get coffee from them, I want to see someone showing they care for their customers.

Unprofessional and rude cashier cussed at the other employees who made the pizza tonight, the ticket needed reprinted and it took 10 minutes to get a not so good pizza usually delicious- Tonight it was not) hardly any BBQ sauce, no bacon, and the chicken was kinda dry. Usually there is awesome food and better service this one time setback won't stop me from being a customer in the future.
