Subway - gton Hills

We are coming here from now on. The one on 10 mile in Novi, with the Bush Market was awful. He refused our coupons and wouldn't toast our bread nor give us pickles. This lady took the coupons, toasted our subs and gave us pickles. She was kind, courteous and although she was by herself, the service here was way better. My family will go here from now on.

They need the health department called on them. Do not change gloves and food taste old.

The owner is very rude, Does not accept coupons, I'm ok with that, but do not walk away because you assume I'm not going to order. Store is not

Online hours till 10pm we got there at 8:55pm and he had closed the “system” meanwhile he was serving another dude.

I go there (this location) often because the people who work there (a hands-on owner and a very nice woman who basically runs the place) are incredibly nice. They want the customers to be happy and they find a way to do it. Subway is a franchise and I think most or all are independently owned and operated. It’s a tough business. You have to order corporate food items and follow corporate directions. So in that sense there isn’t much control. But at this location at Grand River Drake they run the business very professionally and they’re as nice as can be. If you’re gonna get Subway, or just need something quick, and you’re anywhere nearby,, they don’t ever make mistakes and THEY ARE SUPER.FRIENDLY! Enjoy.
