Buddy's Pizza - gton Hills

Great pizzas, exactly like I remember it a year ago (for Buddy’s downtown location). We had more people, so we were able to sample a few different varieties (four pizzas in total). There was apparently some mishap with one of the pizzas, so it took longer before it came out. They staff came by to apologize and briefly explain the situation. Parking: The lot was relatively full when we arrived for dinner around 6pm.

The staff seemingly went out of their way to convince us to leave and eat elsewhere (which we ultimately did). I have never seen someone work so hard to turn away business as this young lady did. There were only six of us and we were told there was no room as they had parties later in the afternoon. Meanwhile there were more than enough tables available for us to eat and be done before their parties. The bartender said she was leaving in about 20 minutes and would not help us we would have to wait until someone else arrived to work but we were welcome to sit and be ignored. This was possibly the most dumbfounding experience I've ever had while trying to dine out. Our group all like Buddy's Pizza but we hope to find a better location and service going forward. Would NOT recommend this spot.

Pizza has gone downhill a bit but still good. Salads are great. Service is hit or miss. Still a great place for dinner.

Service was ok understanding that they are understaffed. Food was mediocre at best. Pizza was barely decorated with sauce or ingredients very skimpy. Salad was ok at best. Let’s say I’ve been there 2 times, first and last.
