Arby's - gton Hills

Tried to dine in was unlocked door. We ordered our food and ate in my car

Asked for Arby's sauce 2 times . None in bagPurchased cheddar cups to dip our fries and never recieved. To top it all off wanted dr. Pepper I got coke? Pepsi? It wasn't dr. Pepper .Thank god the rest of our order was correct.

Ordered a large (double) beef and cheddar meal. Just got a roast beef meal with no cheese. Worker taking my order made it medium even after I reiterated large side and large drink specifically. Refused to take anything but 1’s and 5’s when paying cash.Just overall not a great experience. I’m giving this a 2/5 because I went here about a year ago and service was ok in the past.Pretty sure the miscommunication occurred when I answered their questions after they kept on interrupting me during the order. Please take a moment to hear the order, then ask your questions.

I took my children here for dinner, I will never be back to this Arby’s. The restaurant smelled very strong of weed. I don’t care if people smoke weed or not none of my business, but don’t be vaping in front of my children. The employees were visibly high. Could not get an order right. The roast beef in the sandwich was cold, hard and crispy. The fries were old, cold, and rubbery. they forgot to put cheddar cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar when I let them know, there was no cheddar sauce on it. She slid me some cheese sauce in a little cup right off the counter onto the floor. I used to bring my family here all the time. I don’t know what happened within the last month or so, but I will not be returning. I do not recommend anybody to dine here. The place just went low class.

Disgusting. The worst experience i have ever had at an arby's. I went through the driver threw DT347 at 12:13 pm today and ordered 29.00 of food and was completely disgusted i threw most of it away. The fries cold the turkey brown sugar bacon sandwich was disgusting the bacon was bacon pieces not strips at all. The popers i through away because they was not fresh. What happen to arby's when everything was made fresh to order. Especially the deep fried things. Just feels like i'm going to mcdonalds on roadhouse prices. Cant leave a complain because the store number 06204 wont work in the feedback website that is on the bottom of the damn receipt. The HiC drink had no flavor like it needed syrup switched so i ate a couple bits of my sandwich and threw the rest away wasting my Lunch time and money. WAY TO GO!!!! Customer service sucked too!
