Taco Bell In K - gsville

My reviews have over 36,000 views. I've traveled to 22 countries and 27 States and seen a lot of places. Let's be honest. It's a fast food restaurant. With that being said, the place is always clean. The extremely friendly staff that will be fired or quit will be gone in a month, but they do a good job and the food is extremely fast. They're willing to fix a problem if they messed up (due in the fast pace that they're going). Five stars, because Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and they haven't disappointed me yet. They've done a great job every time I've gone there. If there was something to complain about I would have done it by now.

Ordered on the app and received wrong food. The food I did get barely had any meat in taco shells. I called, and lady was rude and unhelpful.

I stopped by today and placed my order for my food, let me just say this was by far my worst trip here. I ordered my tacos grilled, they were not. We let them know and they did attempt to make it right. As for my Cheese quesadilla, they initially put rice in it. I let them know that i didnt want rice in it. They remade it. And gave it to me in a new bag and added a coupon. That was nice but they added Chicken in it. They gave me a Chicken Quesadilla, im a Vegetarian. I bit into it because I was told it was my remake and i was repulsed to find I in fact had Chicken in my Cheese only quesadilla. I was disgusted and almost in tears, i left immediately as i didnt want to throw up and make a scene. My brother stayed behind for a remake, he said a gentleman there helped. The acting managers attitude seemed very nonchalant, she seemed like she didnt care. My family and I love coming to this location, but yall really dropped the ball on this one. And honestly this whole experience was unacceptable!

The staff are courteous and polite. However I was very disappointed in the enchiritos that we ordered. They were 3/8 of an inch thick including tortilla, beef and bean filling. Less than 1/3 of the size of the advertised enchiritos photo. The price of $3.98 each was way over priced for the size. If they had actually put an honest amount of filling into them like those of my memories they would have been awesome. Sadly this was an example of how little they could get in the tortilla. Do better Taco Bell, do better. We love the taste of your food and your friendly staff.
