Um eine Bestellung bei halb voller Terrasse aufgeben zu können, muss man das Glück haben um eine der beiden total überlasteten Bedienungen zu erwischen. Man sollte min. 30min einrechnen um etwas zu bestellen. Hier wird aus meiner Sicht am total falschen Ort gespart. Ein Computer gerät zum aufnehmen der Bestellungen würde das ganze etwas entschärfen. Das abräumen der belegten Tische hingegen geht sehr schnell und dies funktioniert aus meiner Sicht top. Am besten essen und trinken dabei haben, denn wenn man hierher kommt ist ein verhungern oder verdursten nicht ausgeschlossen. Um am Ende die Rechnung bezahlen zu können ist das gleiche Problem wie mit der Bestellung aufgeben. Man wartet und wartet und wartet...Schade, aber zum Glück gibt es auf dem Eggli noch andere top Möglichkeiten um etwas leckeres zu essen oder zu trinken.

Service could be easy. improved. This was the same for at least 2 winter seasons, so I thought I was writing a review. Maybe it'll be better. The staff is friendly but very unorganized slowly. They speak no local language, only Spanish and English. They offer elements on their menu that they do not even know what it is or they do not really never have! not because they are out of stock for the day! We were disappointed every time we tried the place in the last two years.

I don't know how restaurants can hire such people. In addition, place is dirty and they bring your food even if the table still has dirty dishes from previous customers.
