It's been a ritual for me when am in gstaad we have lunch at chesery, the choices remain to be nice and well constructed, but for the main courses they truly ha... read more It's been a ritual for me when am in gstaad we have lunch at chesery, the choices remain to be nice and well constructed, but for the main courses they truly had a great touch to them and while simple they felt so special This time it was average, the umph factor is missing Mind you the prices are extremely expensive for the place around 140 chf per person and we are talking about 6 appetizers two main and no alchohol That's in any term too much Am sorry but this is not way to out of whack for a top notch restaurant even. I think it's time for trying a new place in gstaad

Les plats n'en sont que meilleurs.Mention spéciale pour les raviolis à la burrata dont nous ne nous lassons pas. Le turbo est fantastique. En réalité tous les plats sont excellents mais ces deux là sont de loin nos préférés.Le pain est fait sur place et est superUn incontournable de Gstaad vous ne serez pas déçu.

They offered a choice of seafood that had been caught earlier in the morning and flown in from France. As we live near the ocean in the US, we mostly avoided seafood while inland in Europe, but this was truly fresh! The amuse bouche
