Had an amazing weekend at Bernerhof Gstaad. The service was excellent and all employees made us feel very welcome. The breakfast and the food at La Gare and Blun-Chi was delicious. The spa area was also nice and modern, and we enjoyed it a lot after a hike in the rain. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for great quality, good food and a more sustainable hotel! View all feedback.
What Zacharie Chevallier doesn't like about Bernerhof:
the bernerhof has several advantages. to start, it's next to the station, so if you have a train shortly after eating it is the best place to have control when the train arrives. to continue, it has a wonderful decoration, with wooden beams, super nice. it has many dishes and a quite good menu. the kitchen is varied with what you will always find something to your drop. our visit was fast because we had a hotel to ca... Very friendly and welcoming staff, and ideal location if you arrive by train, as it’s next to the station. Had dinner in the La Gare restaurant superb food and service, and the chef made us a special dessert that we requested in advance of our stay. Didn’t try the pool or sauna, but will stay here again in future and use it then.
Loved staying at this hotel. Right next to the train station. Had a beautiful room with a balcony and nice view of the town. Room was clean, nicely decorated, a mixture of traditional and modern. Spacious but cozy. Shops and restaurants right outside the main door. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. Would definitely stay here again.
Overcharged me 180 franc for one year old baby. Such a shameful tactic they are using just to get more money from you.
Ich kann nichts zum Hotel sagen, da ich nie war aber wir wollten eigentlich in das Hotel gehen, aber durch die absolut unprofessionellen Kommentare bzw wie er auf die Kommentare reagiert (erwähnung von dem echten Namen des Gastes oder wieviel der Gast bezahlt hat mit Auflistung) von dem Hotel Eigentümer würden wir niemals in dieses Hotel gehen. Da hat man ja Angst in das Hotel zu gehen. Wir gehen jetzt in das Palace Gstaad und sind uns sich das wir dort so bedient werden wie es sich gehört, da der Gast König ist. Er sollte mal ins Tschuggen Arosa gehen und sich anschauen wie man mit Gästen umgeht
Selten so einen lausigen und arroganten Service erlebt.
