What Jennie H doesn't like about The Melting Pot In Coral Spr:
The cheese and chocolate were delicious, (just salads had too much dressing though). The restaurant is quiet with the tables being spaced out, so that's nice. Our server was very nice, but he seemed too busy at times that we found ourselves waiting around a lot. Another staff member unfortunately was very rude to us when we inquired about something on our bill, but the rest of the staff was very friendly though. View all feedback.
If you are looking for a different dinner experience this is the place! Everything was 10/10 from the food to the service. Sasha was our waitress. She was genuine, super attentive and engaging. She went above and beyond! She really made the experience that more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful bday experience Sasha!
Awesome service!!! Sue was amazing!!! Ask for her whenever you want Fast service with a smile
Great food, as always! Our waiter Sue was very good and responsive.
Brittney was an excellent server. Her knowledge of the menu and her personable approach made our anniversary extra special!!! Thank you!!!
When my wife and I randomly stepped into The Melting Pot in Coral Springs, we liked the cozy atmosphere, especially the private booths with curtains for extra privacy. It's perfect for couples celebrating anniversaries or just wanting a quiet evening together… a nice setting if you cherish intimacy. The ambiance set the stage, but it was the service that truly elevated our experience. (If you live in Florida and eat out a lot you know what I’m talking about. Our server Sue, who graces the restaurant on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, was a gem. Despite our familiarity with fondue, Sue meticulously guided us through each course, from the special attention to check the consistency of the cheese in our starter to the identification of every meat, poultry and seafood in our main course. Her attentiveness and passion for the cuisine added immeasurably to our enjoyment. It’s such a breath of fresh air to visit a place for the first time and have a passionate server that can genuinely articulate what the place has to offer. Onto the main event… the food and drinks. The Melting Pot boasts a full bar with a commendable selection of cocktails and wines, although beer aficionados might find the choices a tad limited. “cough-cough” However, where The Melting Pot truly shines is in its fondue offerings. The quality of ingredients was evident from the first bite, and the serving sizes were generous. While a four-course experience for two, with multiple drinks, exceeded $150 that was well over my McDonalds happy meal budget. I have to admit, it was worth the small HELOC loan I took to fund this feast. Take into consideration and expect to spend over an hour here for the full experience. It’s fondue after all AND you’ll want to allot ample time to cook your main course. (Better to spend ample time cooking your food properly than spend ample time regretting your life choices in the bathroom! Reflecting on our visit, the seating was a bit like a well-loved grandparent—comfortable and familiar but showing a few signs of its age. Our booth had that endearing, lived-in charm, though it might benefit from a bit of TLC to perk it up a bit. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean, well-maintained and in our experience… that tells you a lot about the place. “Kudos to the establishment’s hygiene standards!” In conclusion, The Melting Pot in Coral Springs delivers a great dining experience characterized by delicious fondue, intimate ambiance, and top-notch service from Sue. Despite the minor seating aesthetic… Sure, the seating might need a facelift, but when you're dipping into cheese that good, who cares if the booth seat has a story or two to tell? The overall quality of the ingredients/food and the attentive service far outweigh that one drawback. Whether for a special occasion, a romantic evening out or if you’re a wanted person hiding from authorities and just want to enjoy good food in a booth where no other guest can see you. This place is a definite recommendation for fondue enthusiasts looking to indulge in a memorable culinary journey.
