The Pancake House in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and had an outstanding experience. The highlight of our visit was the incredible service provided by Jenifer. She was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Food was horrible! Eggs were overcooked, pancakes taste like they had too much water in the batter, my husband ordered banana pancakes and there was literally only one banana in it he had a veggie omelette and it was dripping wet, sausage were overcooked and tasted like old meat that had freezer burnt, the apple/grape jelly was good and the toast was good but that’s about it. Server was excellent and food was delicious, when you get the ham, they are huge slices enough for two, the pancake is moist with fresh berries and whip butter. I will definitely be coming back for more, and they honor military discount a plus for me.
Our first time here, food was as good as we expected. Reason for coming here is seeing the good reviews on YouTube from motorcycles travelers. Had eggs, grits and 1 pancake. Served with warm butter and syrup.
Absolutely the best banana Pancake and French toast
Just did a quick takeout order: two orders of two blueberry pancakes. Friendly staff acknowledged me immediately upon entering the shop, the blueberry pancakes were fluffy and big and delicious, and came with plentiful whipped butter and maple syrup. Would I change anything? Maybe like 10% more blueberries. Still--easily Five Stars.
This place is an absolute GEM!! Hubby had eggs sausage, with two plain pancakes. I had the bacon and cheese omelette with one apple pancake. Everything was delicious! The staff were super attentive and SUPER friendly. This will for sure be on our list when we return to Hot Springs!
