Casey's - Grundy Center

Delicious food and open every day! I really think Casey's should reintroduce the cream cheese frosting for their pumpkin donuts!

They should ensure that the breakfast sandwiches are warm and ready for customers to grab, rather than served cold.

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but this particular location (specifically the kitchen) has been consistently disappointing. We've ordered pizza from various places over time, and this one ranks as the worst in every aspect—from the rude customer service when placing orders over the phone to the lack of acknowledgment when picking up the pizza. I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time on several occasions without ever receiving an apology—just excuses. After the third visit, I took my kids, nieces, and nephew with me to wait. My one-year-old was hungry and tired, and when she started crying, the staff member just sighed and rolled her eyes. I understand that businesses can get busy and run behind, but it really matters how those situations are managed, and this was a one-star experience for me. I want to clarify that this feedback is directed only at the kitchen staff at this location; I have always had positive interactions with the cashiers.

I have to do this but don't like too cause it's a place I stop often.....buuuut, the food has started to decline, and thee biggest thing, their card readers don't work! On anything! Corporates fault I know but still. ATM out of cash. Kwik Star....come save thus town!

Nice clean station with good food and excellent pizza prices are decent and overall a good place they got rid of the blue bunny icecream they used to carry and replaced it with their icecream brand and I haven't been able to find vanilla icecream there for a month now and their icecream is a bit too sweet but other than that a decent enough place
