We were there for dinner. Since there was a big celebration in the next building, the kitchen was completely overloaded. There were 80 minutes between soup and main course. In the meantime, the children ate so much bread that the schnitzel was no longer eaten. We often apologized for the waiting time, but in the end the promised free drinks for the children were still on the bill and paid for. My visit to this forester's lodge. (This is related to the restaurant) Very nice forester's lodge with a restaurant, shop and hotel. The decoration has a rather old, wild vibe with lots of animals made from different materials. Outside the restaurant there is a small playground where kids can let off steam. The small bazaar is also beautifully modern and decorated with wallpaper. Now let's come to eat here. The food in the restaurant is very good. As a group, we ordered duck with potato dumplings, several schnitzels with fries (a classic) and a Keylime cheesecake. Unfortunately, to our disappointment, the duck was not marinated with sauce. The potato dumplings were of course a delicacy. The schnitzel had a crispy crust and a warm schnitzel inside. The fries that came with it were fantastic. The Keylime Cheesecake was not a real cake, but what you see in the pictures below. This was of course great, but a bit too much, especially after all the food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices here are a bit unfavorable, but the portion and quality of the food are still good. Overall, my visit here was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The food is great!! In winter, the service in the restaurant in the evenings is top (friendly attentive)! With good wine advice and a nice ambience. Total opposite in summer in the beer garden! Overwhelmed staff who always forget something especially the guest. Drinks are good in summer, Kaiserschmarrn is large, easily enough for 2 3 people! Service: 3 Location: 5
