I placed my order 40 minutes ago, but the email I received stated it would only take 20 minutes.

This is the slowest Wingstop I've ever encountered. Both the front and back of the store are in terrible condition. Didn't have much lemon pepper seasoning , so was doubly disappointed.

Placed an order online with a wait time of 18-24 minutes. When we arrived at the store 25 minutes later, we were told that they had just started on our order. W... read more Placed an order online with a wait time of 18-24 minutes. When we arrived at the store 25 minutes later, we were told that they had just started on our order. Waited 10 minutes longer and got cold, soft fries and hot wings. Side note.... no difference inprice if you don't want the drink with your combo, so get it! It will be a long time before we return to this location.

When entering the store, feels with people waiting and an open kitchen to witness the nonsense. No apologies forour additionally 15 minute wait (to the 25 original minutes). No one wore gloves and had there hands in and out of the bags,touching the fries with no concern. Do not come to thins location for cleanliness, customer service or organization.
