The young lady working the drive... read more I was told when I ordered it would be a 10 minute wait on biscuits. I was like okay. It took 45 minutes for me to get my order. The young lady working the drive through was very rude and just kept saying we are waiting on biscuits. I understand being shortstaffed and getting a rush of people. But I do not understand employees being rude. 45 minutes is way too long to wait for foodat a fast food restaurant.

The staff are not friendly. The fried rice is always very runny/watered down. The tenders are dry and over cooked. Food hurts my stomach and my husbands. This h... read more The staff are not friendly. The fried rice is always very runny/watered down. The tenders are dry and over cooked. Food hurts my stomach and my husbands. This has happened countless times. When I try to address my concerns I get attitudes from the workersand them ignoring me. They always make you wait and love to gossip a lot, waiting periods are always very long. I waited beforefor 30-45min. Poor staffing and food. They don?t care for customers concerns. Items get forgotten with meals, I?ve had themforget my drinks, my sides, sauces. This bojangles lost my business.

I op... read more I ordered a 5-piece supreme combo with a large fry at the drive-thru. The employee told me they were out of soft drinks, sweet tea, orange juice, and milk. I opted not to get a drink and instead added another large fry. $17.99 seems excessive for slow service, and the receipt doesn’t accurately reflect my order.

Once again, I was told I would have to wait 7 MINUTES. After 10 minutes, someone finally came out and asked if I was waiting for the chicken sandwich. Yes, I was! It felt like they were testing my patience. I ended up waiting a total of 15 MINUTES before leaving without my meal. There was no one ahead of me in line, yet people behind me received their orders. Once again, it was a chicken sandwich – nothing special. I had an appointment at 1:00, and I left without my lunch after paying $10 for a Pepsi. I will never return – this place is so poorly managed.

First off, it didn't open until almost 9 a.m., even though the sign outside states it opens at 6 a.m. I ordered my food online, which said it would be ready by 9:23. I arrived close to 10 and was informed I'd have to wait an additional 15 minutes for biscuits. To make matters worse, the staff had an attitude about it. Given the long line in front of me, I really didn't want to wait. This has been a recurring problem at this location. The management here is clearly incompetent, and the service is likely the worst in the city. Overall, this Bojangles is highly disappointing!
