I asked if the links was homemade and he said yes. Very disappointed. I will never return.

Got the brisket plate, which comes with 3 sides and your choice of bottled soda for around $17 after taxes.I will definitely be back, give them a try!

Unfortunately, I had to wait fifteen minutes for the gumbo, despite being the only person in line. Having previously won a gumbo cook-off at the Port Arthur Civic Center, I was eager to try it. However, I must say the $16.00 quart was extremely disappointing. It was mostly rice—about 80%—drowned in a very watery, unflavored broth that seemed to have a barely-there roux. I found only about 2 ounces of chicken and what tasted like the cheapest, least-seasoned sausage available. In summary, I would not recommend spending $16.00 on this gumbo. You could easily get several cans of Campbell's soup for the same price, and they likely wouldn’t have so much rice filling.
