They put my son cone on the dirty counter and I had to ask for a new one. they sued me and then sued me wrong for a cake. the last visit I told that they did not take the gift card style I have and it was bought at the end of november. the person who took payments did this and then shook touching cone with wash out their hands or gloves! big!

My nephew's birthday i... read more I do not recommend ordering a gift card from this restaurant. I placed an order for a gift card 10 days ago and it still has not arrived. My nephew's birthday is tomorrow and because of Doc Burnstein's, I have no gift for him. The shop is only 45 miles away from my family's house and someone could have easily walked the gift card over in 5 days. Despite my family being regular customers at their shops on the central coast, I will not be recommending them to anyone again. I even called the store 4 days ago to follow up, but still no gift card. Very disappointing.

We love the unusual flavors, and the huge train that travels all around the shop. A wonderful family treat.
