I understand this is Ohio, however this is the whitest most under seasoned and unthoughtful food category I have come into contact with. Is this supposed to be Mexican or Latin or just plain disappoint? I couldn’t tell you, you would have way better luck with the chipotle down the road the salsa is bland with no flavor and the queso tastes like mayonnaise. The whole vibe of this place is strictly Caucasian, and that’s coming from a white man. Good service though

The food is great. I loved it, however they essentially “stole” my money. I ordered online, had a computer error, totally not my doing at all. It charged me twice. I explained what happened to management, they took down my name, address, and number. A couple of weeks go by, I call. Manager says “Yes, I remember that, I’ll get out to you.” Nothing ever came, so I haven’t eaten there since. Just got a reply from a review I wrote from six months ago. “Give us another try”. I’ll give you another try when you compensate me as promised for my twice charged item. I don’t want to have more money stolen from me.

6-25-23. Dash Dash did not deliver. 3 days later manager gave the food amount refund and not the delivery fee of $5.99. Gone thru hell to get refund. I think it is a downright shame that I have had to practically pull teeth to get my refund back. I have again reached out to my credit card company to dispute the difference that I did not receive for my refund. Will NEVER ORDER FROM HOT HEAD BURRITOS AGAIN! Service: Delivery
