Chipotle Mexican Grill - Groveport

I come here a lot last couple times. I ordered on line. They didn?t add my bottle of Coke. When I ask for extra meat. They put skim on there. I get whole portion thing but come on. The place is always dirty and kids are working. I get kids need work, but they need have shift manger there who is professional and older

Every time we order for pickup here at least one part of the order is wrong. Soft tacos instead of crispy like we ordered, random substitutions we didn 't ask for (fajitas instead of salsa, etc), soda with no syrup (just carbonated water), and chip bags with just a handful of chips in them, to name a few issues. And every time we pick up our food it 's completely cold, even when we show up earlier than our scheduled pick up time and wait for it to be hot off the grill so to speak. Cold every time.

The food was good but how can you have a commercial that runs on television stating we only use fresh ingredients but customers come in at 3:15pm and your out of faijita peppers and onions. I remember there was a time where you could go to Chipotle and get a bowel or burrito filled to the max with ingredients for a fair price but now the prices are inflated and the portions are skimpy and when you ask for more servings the employees look at you like you asked them to give you their paycheck. I may give them another shot I'm just not sure when.

Pretty rough experience tonight. The team seemed to have no guidance. The person at the beginning of the line was arguing with someone else about asking for extra cheese and saying that she needed to ask her manager even though the customer said over and over that he would pay for it. Some of the toppings (pico and corn) were overly cold, almost frozen and made for a poor eating experience. The drink station was a complete mess! Taste wise the food was seasoned well but I don?t think I will return to this location. It needs to be managed better.

There?s a reason the place has only 2.9 stars. There were cobwebs in the corners and we ate outside as that seemed cleaner. We were missing one bowl on our mobile order but the one girl was very helpful and we got our missing bowl fast.
