The order was incorrect; I requested double chicken but didn't receive it. The burrito was the smallest I've ever seen, and it seems they didn't even use full scoops of the ingredients I asked for. I felt completely ripped off! View all feedback.

Ordered a bowl via grubhub and paid close to 18 dollars for the bowl alone. Ordered extra meat and beans and this is what I received. I feel scammed and I will not order from here again!

I've been here quite a few times recently. When I ordered online, they forgot to include my bottle of Coke. I also requested extra meat, but they barely added any. I understand that they provide a full portion, but it just feels like they skimped on it. Additionally, the restaurant is often dirty, and it seems like a lot of kids are working there. While I understand that young people need job opportunities, I believe there should be a more experienced shift manager present to ensure a professional atmosphere.

Pretty rough experience tonight. The team seemed to have no guidance. The person at the beginning of the line was arguing with someone else about asking for extra cheese and saying that she needed to ask her manager even though the customer said over and over that he would pay for it. Some of the toppings (pico and corn) were overly cold, almost frozen and made for a poor eating experience. The drink station was a complete mess! Taste wise the food was seasoned well but I don?t think I will return to this location. It needs to be managed better.

There?s a reason the place has only 2.9 stars. There were cobwebs in the corners and we ate outside as that seemed cleaner. We were missing one bowl on our mobile order but the one girl was very helpful and we got our missing bowl fast.

MUST CHECK BAG BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. NO FORK OR NAPKINS INCLUDED. These standard items needn?t be asked for. Retrain the pickup window guy or all pu window people. Food quality was fine. IF ORDER IS TAKING AWHILE, ask CUSTOMER TO PULL INTO PU PARKING SPOT. I needn?t wait for 10 minutes for my online order that was supposed to be ready. No, the RESTAURANT wasn?t busy at the time but I WAS BUSY.
