KFC - GROVEDALE

Have gone in a few times in the past few months and service is always fast and if they get a meal wrong they immediately get it fixed and sometimes even give you extras. Staff are always friendly and can talk to you like a friend.

Dropped in to get something on the run! They had a lunch special which was really great. It was not at greasy as other KFC outlets and the staff were very friendly, smiling and very efficient

Its KFC chicken covered in bread crumbs and fats. Some may like it but not me. Horrible oily faty chicken

It use to be pretty good years ago! It has gone down hill now. Orders are always wrong and the chips are stale.

Was there last Friday at 6:30pm. You would think the food would be very recently cooked at this time of day and there were a load of cars lined up for the drive thru, so I went inside to order. There was one person taking and preparing orders. so quite a lengthy wait considering i was 3rd in the queue. Waited 15 mins to place order of the twister box. The chips were soggy and the chicken was 3 tiny pieces with a crunchy coating (but no zing or taste), and inside... nothing .. no taste at all in the chicken itself. The coleslaw as usual is over coated with dressing. This used to be a friendly accommodating store with nice food. Not any more. This is the second time in a row that I have had a less than happy experience with service and food quality. Not going back. I suspect a change in management is the problem.
