I had a delightful experience at the restaurant tonight. The waitress, who I believe was named Jessica, was very friendly and ensured that my sub was made quickly with all the toppings I requested. The cashier was also courteous and efficient, which was perfect since I was in a rush. This review is a reflection of corporate policy need to watch fine print on their coupons or discount punch cards, they are only good at certain locations and won't honor them by others. Really should figure out an internal system to make it right everywhere. View all feedback.

The owner of the restaurant in Grove City is greedy and does not accept coupons.
Worst subway ever doesn’t even accept coupons which they should so don’t go here if ur hungry
I will never return to this place again. This was my first personal experience with racism. When I walked in, there were already five other customers in line, all of whom were white. The staff took their orders promptly, one by one. However, when it was my turn, the two women working there just started preparing subs and didn't even acknowledge me or take my order. I asked if I could have some soup, but they said nothing. It was clear they were ignoring me, so I decided to wait and see how long it would take them to serve me. After almost 15 minutes, I found the situation ridiculous. Finally, a man from the back approached me with a bad attitude and asked if he could help me. I asked for the soup, and he replied that they didn’t have any at the moment. At that point, I just walked out. This was over a year ago, but the experience still sticks with me.
On Friday, April 14th at 6 PM, I visited a restaurant and noticed that the lettuce was brown. When I inquired with the server about using fresh lettuce, she informed me that she had no control over where they source their produce and suggested that I leave if I didn't want a substitute. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I've given this restaurant several chances, but they have yet to get my order right. They consistently substitute the pepper jack cheese with white American cheese, and the vegetables lack flavor. Additionally, with their prices increasing, I see no reason to return to this place.
Your coupon policy is confusing, and Melissa was not helpful at all.
Please make sure your employees are trained to wash their hands after sweeping or mopping, rather than just putting on gloves. Additionally, I noticed that while my sandwich was being toasted, the staff member was touching a lot of items, including the container holding the stickers used to seal the sandwich wrapper. It didn't look clean, and it was quite off-putting. Please improve your hygiene practices! Thank you!
Decided to stop in at Subway this afternoon. Ordered a #1, a foot long cheesesteak, it had juicy steak with provolone cheese, cooked green peppers and onions. Slathered with mayonnaise. All of this on a toasted Artisan Toasted Bun. It was definitely tasty and hit the spot. Service was phenomenal as Precious did a phenomenal job. Won't hesitate to come back to this Subway.
Very rude and unbothered customer service at this location tonight. 9/21/23. Employees looked mad to even make a sub, was unbelievable, we all have our days I get it as a human, but for a simple customer we can understand, but to rush and be so rude lost my service. There is a right and wrong of certain things but the young kid working needs training on his customer service which makes a company fail because it’s clear this young guy was not trained by the right leader ship. I see where it’s privately owned maybe yourself nor someone else who is fully trained for this to come in and be an example or leader not just look for bodies to be in the store with a open sign to collect people’s money, kinda selfish.

The personal is always so nice at this place. everything is always clean, tidy and on camp!
Store is well maintained. Service is fairly fast. If you are short on time You can call in an order and it will be ready for pickup when you get there.

Wow I will never return to yhis place again. This was my first direct experience if racism. I walked into the store, there was already 5 other people in line. They all was white. The staff took their order each admeditely one by one. When it came to me the 2 women workers started prepping sub. They didn't even look at me nor take my order. They were just prepping subs. I ask if I could have a soup, they said nothing. I seen right their They were ignoring me so I decide to see they subs for. I was waiting there almost 15 min at this point I found it funny. And finally the guy in the back came up to me with a bad attitude and ask can I help yo. I ask can I get some soup. He said we don't have none at this time. I just walked out. Never about. I would recommend steering clear of this Subway location. They frequently get orders wrong. For instance, I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, onion, and jalapeños, but received green peppers instead. On another occasion, I ordered a meatball marinara, but it came without any sauce—just dry meatballs.
The sandwich was poorly prepared with the wrong toppings missing.
I'm so excited that you've brought back the roast beef! The service was impressively quick as well.
The Turkey was delicious! Loved the sun!!

I have faced several issues at this restaurant, particularly with the unfriendly attitudes of the staff. Today, I ordered a salad that was quite small and lacked ingredients. There were no tomatoes, and the lettuce was not fresh. This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. Their service has been subpar, and I will not be returning.
