This Panera location in Grove City is definitely the best one I've been to. I frequent many Panera stores across Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan as a member of the Sip Club, and this specific location stands out as the top pick for me. I can't understand how this Panera location consistently messes up one of their signature items, whether I order online or in person. This has happened at least four times over the past few months, and I have finally decided to stop going. It's possible that the employees being on their phones with AirPods in could be a contributing factor, but that's just a speculation. View all feedback.
