This was my first time to Jet Pizza. I went to pick up an order of 4 corners for my Aunt since I was in the area. I ordered 8 corners for my son and I. I was impressed normally, I'm a thin crust pizza kinda lady well, I may have to change my stance. I ordered a pizza delivery and a 2-liter soda. They brought out the wrong kind and the driver said they were out of that kind I ordered. I called the store and they said there's no refund and it's the way it is.Not very good customer service at all. I spoke to the manager and he hung up on me. I was order #64 on 3/12/24. Ordered delivery. Not only did it arrive well before the estimate, but was also hot and tasty. Keep up the good work!
Guys BBQ chicken pizza was our favorite but since you took away the popcorn chicken not the same pizza please bring it back then we're order again
