Donatos Pizza - Grove City

Overall, the customer service was excellent, the food was on time, but my pizza was a bit overcooked. It was a busy Saturday night so I totally understand because they were extremely busy. Manager Andrew decided to complete my order! Andrew was even friendly enough to give me my whole order for free. I was very impressed when he told me it was “on the house!” This location is very representative of what Donato stands for and what makes her one of the best pizza chains. The manager and staff at this location deserve special recognition for the way they take care of the customer. This is one of the best locations in the center of Ohio.

The location is satisfactory, and the staff was always very friendly. The pizza is on the right path approx. 95% of the time cooked and if it is done correctly, a regular pepper chocolate with extra cheese is one of the best pizzas in the country! So easy. The price is too high, too, but that's all right now.

I just ordered pizza from there spoke with Tammy im in a hotel due to my child being at Columbus Nation wide hospital mom got to stay but I could not due to there rules during these times and I just wanna say tammy is awesome and a blessing she has made my night and the pizza was great thanks again you rock

The staff is super friendly and the pizza always tastes great. They do not skip to any of the ingredients and if your pizza comes for example with any extras such as sour cream for their fiesta pizza, they always make sure that you have a lot. Whenever I want good pizza, I come here!

10 orders were processed separately. Checkout was very friendly and helpful. came back to pick up and I could pick up everything in time. You made 8 ladies and their staff very happy today.
