Purchased the grilled chicken combo meal. Chicken was not cooked the whole way, one bite into chewy slimy chicken and your dinner is ruined. For $11 for a sandwich, bag of chips and a drink the food should really be done before they hand it out the window... View all feedback.
I have always loved Grove City Dairy Queen always great service never been disappointed in anything I got there. I am very glad they are there to serve and do a excellent job
Everything is great but they are small and sometimes lines are in the main traffic ways
Horrible service and continued incorrect orders. I'd rather just buy ice cream from the store than have them get it wrong again.
Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had from the three ladies working on Friday the 13th! We had a little bit of a mixup but they had me come in the lobby and they fixed everything for me and they were so apologetic and the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in my entire life and when it comes to any Dairy Queen I’ll be recommending Grove city Dairy Queen out of all of them because of how kind they really are! Just saying Dairy Queen but they deserve a raise! The three women that work Friday, 13 May 2022 at 12:25pm!
