That's not the main issue here. I used the app to order a free sandwich using my reward points, which should have cost me nothing. Instead, my credit card was charged four times, totaling $70.17. I filled out a form and received an email response. I wanted to call and left a message, but then I got another email from someone unrelated to my situation. Never have picked up a sub here on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late on a good day. Just stop online orders if you're going to wait until I come in to start my sandwich.Edit: to the owner, I'm not reaching out to you via email. My complaint is right here.
Great place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite sub place was Subway now its Jersey Mikes like their subs because of fresh meat n veggies that go on their sandwiches. If we're hungry for someSubs its going to be Jersey Mike's.
I ordered an online pick up order. My husband went to get it and they told him it wasn't ready even though he was there like 5 minutes after pick up time. Ok whatever. He waits around for awhile and still no order. Finally he talks to someone again and they tell him that their printer was out of paper so they never got the order. Three more people had the same issue. They were rude and my husband waited for them to make it. No apologies or anything. Mistakes happen all the time but the issue is that no one even offered to make it right or to apologize.
