Very nice operation, despite great heat. Food was also great.

Schnitzel is a science driven here towards perfection. The pork was so tender as if it were poultry. With light butter note and the correctly dimensioned portion of cheese a poem. The roast potatoes with herbs were slightly tanned and not too cheese. As an appetizer, the sausage meat was very interesting. Poultry meat in cream sauce baked with cheese, delicious and already almost a separate dish for anyone who does not know it. The preliminary salad was extremely crisp and tasted very well almost without dressing alone due to its fresh ingredients. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always happy
