Assisi Stuben Cafe - Restaurant

Franz Von Assisi is a short walk from where we were staying at the Hotel Votterl. The city is about a 25 minute drive into Salzburg. The service is friendly. In fact, we had the same waiter both times that we ate there. The cuisine is Austrian but to be honest I have a difficult time telling the difference between German and Austrian food. I had schnitzel one night and wurst the next night.Bring cash because the restaurant does not take credit cards.

My husband and I dined there last night. Service was Excellant, the food was fresh and very tasty. The restaurant was furnished I true Austrian style, clean and locals ate her e (which is always a good sign). Prices were good. I would definetly recommend this restaurant.
