I made a reservation on Thursday for Saturday at 9:00 PM. They showed up and, saying I'd reserved a table for 9:00 PM, told me I'd have to wait because there were other customers first. So, there was no point in booking. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I don't think I'll go again.

The atmosphere is lovely, the pizza is very good, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But the difference is the owner, who is friendly and courteous, as if you've known him forever. Highly recommended.
