At Ristorante Canapone, this is not the case. The food is authentic Tuscan fare made with love and the freshest ingredients. I felt like I had been asked into someone's kitchen and been served from pots of delicious home cooked food. A wonderful place to eat some really good local dishes.

Superb food, setting and service, highly recommend.
