Starbucks Coffee - GROSSE POINTE

Lovely location drinks are always correct even though I modify them too much sometimes (sorry) food is always warm even if I preorder and staff is super friendly. It often takes a while for my order to get out which is no problem but they just don’t have the staffing to get it out fast. There are kids in the Grosse Pointe area who could work here but it’s so understaffed. This is a great location. Timeliness is an issue as a result of understaffing. This is really the only problem

I’ve been here waiting 35 minutes for 2 coffees and they forgot my order . So sad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed mobile order 20 mins in advanced. Patiently waited 30 minutes and still no drinks. Politely asked for a status on my drinks and was rudely told I have no idea, as the barista stormed away. Clearly they are stressed out and unorganized. Terrible experience. I live 5 minutes from this starbucks but will not be back. Left my drinks there as I had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait any longer. Service: Take out

The website states that they open at 6am. It is now 6:30am and still not open. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
