A basic rule of cooking is that dried herbs need to be heated; otherwise, they can taste raw and gritty (and I really do like oregano). I also tried a few other dishes, but they were just disappointing.

Even the desserts are amazing! My husband is quite picky with what he eats and doesn't eat meat, but he hasn't had a single complaint about anything yet. I find myself looking at the menu every week to see what new dishes are being offered. The food isn’t rushed; all four dishes and two desserts I've ordered have been incredibly flavorful, and the portion sizes are just right. It’s fantastic to have such a great restaurant right in our neighborhood!
