What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I am always disappointed when I come to this restaurant. There is always a long line of 20 people, and even when I pre-order, I still have to wait 15 minutes. The workers do not seem to have any time management skills and take too long to make drinks. Despite there being six workers, only one person is making drinks. He died lets me cry. Every time I come here, I'll tell myself why I'm doing this for me. there is always a line of 20 people, I have to wait 15 minutes when I pre-order (which they think would be faster, no worker has a sense of time management or the need to make drinks faster. I feel like 6 workers, but only 1 person making the drinks. my friend and I get the easiest drinks (which they still have to screw) and they take from the time we order from our house, the 7 car minutes, as well as the 15 minutes we wait in the line. I just don't understand. the outside is probably the only beautiful part in this place.
Very slow and unapologetic. Veni took our order at 249pm and it wasn’t ready until 309pm. The other barista was making mobile orders and surpassed Veni. Other baristas came in and took, made, and completed orders and we were still waiting for two drinks and a water. I counted over 15 people who came in AFTER us and got their drinks before us. Location is clean and beautiful. Veni, the barista was slow, inefficient, and nonchalant. She has to be reminded of the water, smh.
I usually don't write a review at least a bad review unless the service was Way beyond horrible .first I would like to let you know that I frequently visit this establishment on my way to work. it's often really busy long lines not a problem that's why I prepare myself and come to work early so that I can get my drink or my protein box and make it to work on time. .I am highly disappointed in my visit today not only did I wait 11 minutes for a drink that was non-existent because they didn't have dragon fruit the cashier didn't know or she was not informed I also had to wait an extra 3 minute to receive my refund which I never took because for some reason the young lady couldn't even open the cash register so she had to keep restarting the transaction I would never come here again ever I will share my experience as much as I can I work at the hospital.. I was so upset that I didn't take my refund.,
It was unfortunate, I'm a Starbucks gold card holder for many years now and I was told I could not get my free birthday drink a few days after my birthday. I was under the impression that you had 30 days to get your drink. I wont be returning anytime soon.
Convenient coffee shop but service is super slow if you drive up or walk in. Best thing is to use app then my order is always ready.
