The Sprout House Natural Foods Market

This is a cute little place with nice people and a ton of vegan options. Large prefabricated sandwiches and baked goods!

Definitely my favorite place in town! The owner and the staff could not be more friendly and there is always a selection of delicious vegan soup to choose. Not to mention its incredible southwestern avocado sandwich and hummus wrap (best hummus round). So a big local health store!!!

Although the points are a bit out of the way from downtown when I am in the area, I go out the way to stop there. I go there for prefabricated / packed delicacies such as the tempeh chicken salad with veganaise and cherries, or the spicy sesame noodles. They also have a frozen section, produce dry goods a small food selection.

A welcome addition to the neighborhood. I'll get my organic calf, whole-grain Avalon-Brot and Bulk-Lentils here. I also had their prepared dishes and what I tried is delicious. This place has the most amazing tofu sandwiches, side dishes and cake. The health food store is well stocked, for being as small as it is. The owner ? and employees are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I drive a half an hour for the spicy korean sandwich!!
