Since my last visit to Corona, food has deteriorated significantly in terms of supply and quality. My wife had Köllnitzer Zander with wild herbs butter. The fried zander was not even, the roast potatoes tasted strangely sweet and the salad dressing and the herbal butter did not take place tastefully. I fried Aal with potatoes and cucumber. Over 20 years we were very satisfied guests of the Köllnitzer Fischerstuben. Everything was always perfect. We traveled extra from Saxony, looking forward to tasty fish. But the visit to the 25.02.24 of the restaurant renamed to Köllnitzer Hofkoch was a nightmare. The completely redesigned menu contained only two fish dishes as the main course. Three guests could only choose an appetizer. The main courses offered did not match their taste. I chose a roasted trout with oven vegetables and roast potatoes as a catch of the day for 26 €. The trout apparently had not seen a pan, the skin was not big. The oven was very greasy and the roasted caffeine too much, i.e. burned. The trout and the pads float on a oily fat plate. I dispensed with a sheet of white wine 0.2l at the price of 8 €. The new concept, with our opinion overpriced prices, did not convince us. When asked by phone for a reservation, we are fully booked. You can come very much, tables are always free. An excellent guest service is maintained here. Unbelievable! Our visit made us completely speechless. We never come again!

We've been here several times. Everything was perfect. But at the last we stood there speechless when we heard that the kitchen will no longer pick up orders from 3 p.m. Unbelievable
I am a very long guest of the house and have experienced the way from the simple restaurant to the now chic, modern. In March, after a long time, we were eating here again and found a new map with a completely new kitchen concept. The food was very good, which led us to eat Easter there. Pages of the restaurant were previously asked if we would agree with a menu - we were, only when the preliminary inquiry was unfortunately missed telling us that the menu price was raised from 29€ to 34€ (Easter surcharge) That was not correct. Since we know the fish tubes as such, then the 2nd disappointment was that in the whole menu only 2 finger thickness pieces of catfish were in. I don't have to go to a FISCHRESTAURANT for 1 hour. Therefore also the low conclusion: the kitchen is ambitious and cooks fresh and tasty, but as a FISCHRESTAURANT in itself, it is no longer thoughtful. Also explains the name change in “Köllnitz Naturgut”. PS of service is still good.
