A restaurant with a cozy atmosphere! very nice and welcoming. that eating is exactly what I imagine under a traditional German kitchen and yet it surprises with innovative things. we have been going into the blue hand for several years, especially for weekend trips. the rooms are super beautiful and very warm as the whole gastronomy. a clear recommendation! many thanks to family redder
