With the homemade foie gras scented with truffle: The tears of Celestes are the first cuvée of Pacherenc of the sweet Vic Bilh (moelleux or liquorous) of the famous Alain Brumont. Then a bottle of Savagnin by Jean Louis Tissot, who sublimated our meal. Spring roll with smoked salmon, perfectly controlled Thon, candy net with a griotte and a range of desserts with preponderance of seasonal fruit. A great moment, thanks to the professionalism of a pretty waitress and the popular passages of the Chef.

We had a good night. A perfect, fine, refined and very good meal. The great chef who welcomed us is very pleasant and I put 10 out of 10 to this pretty, discreet waitress and at the same time perfectly comfortable in his position.
